The Office of Educational Affairs team helps faculty, staff, and students integrate digital tools into teaching, learning, and assessment. We provide hands-on training, troubleshooting, and best practices for tools that support instruction across all phases of the curriculum.

  • LMS Support – Course setup, navigation, and design in Canvas (and Blackboard during the transition).
  • Technology Integration – Training and consultation for ScholarRx, Echo360, Panopto, BioDigital, Zoom, and other instructional tools.
  • Troubleshooting – Quick assistance with technology issues that impact teaching and learning.
  • Best Practices – Evidence-based recommendations for effective, accessible, and engaging use of educational technologies.
  • Workshops & On-Demand Resources – Faculty training opportunities tailored to current tools and emerging innovations.
